By accessing or using Tegara Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. About Tegara Marketplace
Tegara Marketplace is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with approved independent sellers.
Tegara provides the platform and marketplace services that allow buyers and sellers to connect. We do not directly manufacture, store, package, or dispatch products listed by sellers.
Products listed on Tegara Marketplace are provided by independent sellers who are responsible for their own products, order fulfilment, delivery arrangements, and customer service related to their listings.
2. Seller Approval
Only approved sellers are permitted to list products on Tegara Marketplace.
Sellers who have been invited by Tegara Marketplace may be considered pre-approved. However, Tegara Marketplace reserves the right to review seller accounts, listings, and activity at any time.
Seller approval does not remove the seller’s responsibility to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
3. Seller Contact Information
All communication between sellers and Tegara Marketplace must be completed using a professional business email address or company email address where available.
Sellers must ensure their contact information is accurate and regularly monitored to respond to marketplace communications and customer enquiries.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, specifications, and delivery information.
Sellers must only list products they are authorised to sell and ensure products comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, and marketplace standards.
Sellers are responsible for processing orders, preparing products, arranging delivery, and providing customer support relating to their products.
5. Delivery Information & Responsibility
Delivery is managed by the individual seller responsible for fulfilling the order.
Tegara Marketplace does not directly dispatch products or act as the delivery provider.
Delivery times, shipping options, and any applicable delivery charges will be clearly stated on the product listing or during the purchasing process.
If a delivery issue occurs, the customer may contact the seller directly using the provided seller contact details.

8. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
Returns, refunds, and product-related complaints are handled according to the seller’s policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Tegara Marketplace may assist customers and sellers by helping facilitate communication where required.
9. Marketplace Use
Users must not use Tegara Marketplace for illegal activities, fraudulent purposes, misleading listings, or activities that may harm other users or the platform.
Tegara Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend users or sellers who breach these Terms & Conditions.
10. Marketplace Monitoring
Tegara Marketplace may review seller activity, listings, customer feedback, and platform usage to maintain a safe and trusted marketplace environment.
We may request additional information from sellers, review accounts, or take action where marketplace standards are not maintained.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
Tegara Marketplace provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers.
The seller remains responsible for products listed, order fulfilment, delivery, and obligations relating to the sale of their products.
Tegara Marketplace may provide support and assistance but is not the direct seller or delivery provider.
12. Changes to These Terms
Tegara Marketplace may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users and sellers are responsible for reviewing the latest version of these terms.
13. Prohibited and Restricted Items
To maintain a safe and trusted marketplace, sellers must not list, advertise, or sell products or services that are illegal, unsafe, restricted, or prohibited under applicable laws.
The following items are not allowed on Tegara Marketplace:
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or products intended for illegal drug use.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or prohibited weapons.
Knives intended as weapons, combat knives, offensive weapons, prohibited blades, or any item designed or marketed for causing harm.
Stolen goods, illegally obtained items, or products with unclear ownership.
Counterfeit products, fake branded goods, replicas presented as genuine, or products that infringe intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent documents, fake identification, forged certificates, or government documents.
Tobacco products, vaping products, nicotine products, or restricted age products where prohibited.
Alcohol products where not legally permitted or without required licences.
Prescription medicines, controlled medications, or medical products requiring authorisation where the seller does not have approval.
Unsafe, recalled, or illegal consumer products that do not meet required safety standards.

Tegara Marketplace reserves the right to review listings, request changes, remove items, or restrict seller access where we believe a product may be unsafe, misleading, or unsuitable for the platform.
